Amd R9 270x Driver Issues
As the title goes, i'm currently experiencing some trouble with my R9 270x. Sometimes i get severe fps drops in games like Counterstrike GO at low quality and.

Do not use the app. Go to the CC and manually configure settings there. I'd recommend trying games in AFR mode first.
Then try 1x1 (Select few games, usually NVIDIA optimized games, like AC4, seem to work better with this. Other suffer with this option so try it last). For some reason you'll get much better results than that app.

Also, make sure you re install the driver with BOTH cards in the system. Amd drivers can be really screwy, so that's probably the reason it's not working right. I tested them out in Far Cry 3 and performance nearly doubled going from 17 FPS to 30 FPS. All I had to do was enable or disable CrossfireX in CCC.
Try installing the latest 14.7 drivers. Yep,tried 14.7,still had the issue,also tried some new games like BF4 and still have the same issue.I have absoloutely no idea what the hell is going on with it,at this point i just took the second GPU out because it was just making games worse when it was enabled. At this point I'm just going to throw things at the wall to see if any would help. Did you use a crossfireX bridge?
Are you sure that neither of the cards is defective or has a buggy BIOS? How much does the FPS drop when XFire is enabled?
