Avalanche Software has announced a new patch for Just Cause 3 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. This new patch will be released this week and it is around 132 MB in size. Just Cause 3 was plagued with terrible long load times on the PS4 and Xbox One and if the patch notes are any indication, Avalanche Software has managed to shorten these load times.
In addition to the load times, Avalanche Software has also listed optimization to the online stats as well as general stability fixes. Avalanche Software had promised to release an update to fix the load times and frame rate issues that plagued the game’s launch on consoles, so it is great to see them delivering on their words. The stutters have finally been reduced. Although it's not completely gone, but it's definitely reduced. Played with high settings for an hour and the stutters were close to zero:) People still have problems but it did reduce the stutter for me. Edit: AVG Fps: 43. Played on high settings with FXAA.
